Privacy coins are safe, electronic, decentralized and non-inflationary and can not be traced. You can still tip people if you want.

If the government was using Bitcoin which is transparent then we could see exactly where the money went. Again privacy coins like Monero, Dash, Litecoin are the way to go if you want to be private.

Dash is easier to buy because they are very very scared of Monero. I'm not saying Dash isn't private but Monero is the currency the state hates most. That should tell you something.
