Air B7B are in so many cases an example of the hedonistic selfishness that's taking down the country.

Renting to random strangers was in areas zoned specifically for that = hotels. Neighbours get so fucked over by asshole guests. In the city, foreign investment doesn't buy one they'll but ten or twenty in a condo tower, and drive the real estate u making residential purchasers second rate. People who buy those shitty condos are stupid to buy (but never really own anyway) into one that doen't ban short term rentals.

People buy in with the intent to make their money back renting it out while they're not using it. They don't mind it being like a vacation rental place when they're using it, because that's what they're using it for.

If it's your own house and there's a written or implied rental contract, shutting off the heat could give them a legal advantage, since landlords are obligated to meet certain standards unless they're jewish.

If you're particularly handy, I bet a raspberry pi could be rigged to cause the thermostat to register the wrong temperature, effectively turning it off. It would be difficult to prove in court, and a nigger won't be smart enough to look for something like that.

Meh, the numbers of actual feds on a site like voat are 'likely' to be very small. Voat just doesn't have enough users to qualify for more than one or two. Most of the "feds" are just dumbass volunteers who have no clue, but feel compelled to share their great wisdom.
