Dude, that shit has been tried. When I was in Alaska, the LA Crips and Bloods tried to open up a new market for their goods in Fairbanks. Not counting all of the nigger GI's at Ft. Wainwright, you could have fit the entire black population of Fairbanks into a phone booth.

It did not go well for them. Might as well have dropped them on the surface of Mars without space suits. They went away.

Let's just say that they quickly concluded that the entire operational environment was not at all conducive to a business model concieved in LA. A population with over 90% gun ownership (with a tendency towards proficiancy), an average temp of far below zero for half the year, and the possibility of ending up as grizzly scat if the locals get tired of your usual nigger shenaniggans is not entirely out of the question. Alaska is one of those places where you can die quick for nothing more than just walking around while being stupid.
They got off the plane, took one good long look around, and went home. Probably the smartest decision they ever made.
