If the pfizer vax doesn't do what it says, doesn't that just make the 1291 side effects actually main effects?

I know it's not built to help you, but when I say 1291 side effects to npcs they just scoff and say something about low chances.

But they are the intended purpose of the shots. To destroy.

They have 1291 main effects with the side effect of feeling superior.
