The rule is that any jew that gets molested by a rabbi is highly discouraged to report their molestation to the police, even their religious text forbids a jew to report another jew to any non-jewish institution. So yes, I'm 100% certain that there are a whole lot more that's not reported, specially when Judaism permits child rape in the first place.
