Yeah, it's Texas, but it's Houston. They already had a large nigger population that only got bigger when that huge influx of New Orleans niggers arrived after Hurricane Katrina. Then they stayed, because they realized that a) their "job skills" of stealing were portable and, b) there was nothing left to steal in New Orleans, so they stayed. With a jury pool like that, it could go either way.

Down here where I am, the most the shooter might have been charged with would have been violations of the Fish and Game laws regarding hunting without a license, and hunting in a baited field.

It was the last shot that did it. There was too much delay and aiming involved. Up to there he was good. Now the question is "can you kill a robber after you're out of danger?" He put himself in a pretty awkward position.

The DA will try and convict him of either 2nd degree murder or 1st degree manslaughter.
Abbot will pardon him.
The Feds will try and convict him of a civil rights violation similar to the poor cop that happened to be there when George Floyd pit himself out of his misery with a Fentanyl OD…
