Who in their right mind uses new Windows with all the spyware, bloatware, and lack of control??? Windows 7 is the last good Windows with total control and no annoying bullshit. But muh security. Who fucking cares. I'd rather deal with the risks of scams and hacks than deal with neutered garbage like Windows 10.

I use 7 because 10 is fucking garbage. Linux soon because of the invention of Proton by Valve.

The amount of workarounds to get things to work on 7 is mind boggling. USB support, Motherboard support, etc.

The OS is the same to me. Microsoft ships a bunch of garbage on top of the Windows 10 OS with Windows 10 that you have to get rid of. And the UI changed. After that it's just a more modern Windows 7.

Who in their right mind uses Win10? 7 still runs anything I want, without 10's backdoors and ads and perpetual updates.

I'm still pissed off about having to migrate from Win2KPro to get certain software to run because of BS forced dependencies for 7. That was THE best windows OS. When 7 eventually becomes useless I will never go back to microslut. Waiting for linux to get its act together. Linux has waaaay too many instances requiring research of obscure shell commands to get shit to work.
