It’s like saying that jewish is worse than jew. Although jews are already pretty disgusting, I’m sure you’ve met a few that didn’t make you dry heave, even though something was really off with them - as if they were planning to eat your spleen when you’d least expect it. A jewish jew, however, is so fucked up even jews can’t help but make fun of it. In any case, the jew hates the goyim because they can’t grasp survival with kindness towards others.

I don't think the word is commonly used, at least by the jews I used to know. But the feeling behind it certainly is. "Condescending" is probably the most accurate way to describe it.
