We know that Scott's father's name is "Stanley". However, Sidney's children's names are not public on any database that I can find (other than Stephen who died in 2017).
Stanley Gottlieb is an interesting individual, and according to at least one FOIA PDF on The Black Vault website, a Stanley (perhaps not Scott's father) was at one time hired as a CIA operative. So there's a lot of circumstantial evidence that would point to yes. However, for the time being it's inconclusive.
