Lol no. That's what I think is absolutely hilarious about these loons. If the electrical grid goes down, I'll be busy building wind/water/horse/donkey/whatever powered generators for some ammo/food/whatever(1). Make electricity local again!

Rebuilding would be local. Easier in White areas. Building local electrical systems is a good amount of work, but it's not impossible. You just won't be running your telsa or whatever on it. You'll get some hot water, a running fridge, and some lights.
