They want you to sign their contracts, without reading or understanding them properly. That's what these package inserts are. They put it all in there, and by taking their product anyway, you just signed their contract and there's nothing you can do. If you complain afterwards, it's "see we told you", and that's the end of that.
That is the simplest way to explain how these things work. Their immunity comes because they work hard to make everything as hard as possible for you. If you are tricked (and that is their goal), you have no recourse.
Doing it this way, they have plausible deniability when it comes to some future Nuremberg trials or class action lawsuits. Did they lie on their inserts? No they did not. Did you read the insert? Oh you did not? Tough luck.
I have asked my doctor for inserts before and they say they will have them at the desk when I leave. Instead of the insert they give me an 8.5x11" printout that basically says "vaccines are the greatest thing ever and to stick to the schedule". I've heard other people online say the same thing happened to them. Pharma must have told them to do this.
