Correct. If you grow into adulthood and still have this issue, you have one of two problems (though not mutually exclusive):

1. You have multiple issues which effectively "work together" to present as such. There have been several studies regarding this (including this one https://scholars.direct/Articles/psychiatry/jptr-3-007.php?jid=psychiatry). Of particular note: ADHD and autism both have frighteningly high comorbidities of gender issues, likely because of heightened rejection sensitivity during formative years.

2. Are actually one of the far FAR less than 1% of people who are just brain-fucked that way. Like ADHD, Body Identity Integrity Disorder, and other neurological issues, it's not something that is "caused" by anything anyone did and there is no "fix". It is something that these people either learn to live with or seek assistance for.

Unfortunately, the vast number of people who have hopped on the transgender train have turned the entire issue to complete shit, opening it up for people with self-esteem issues and other psychological issues to walk into any informed consent clinic and drop cash for hormone treatments.

All that said, I'm generally of the perspective of "hey, your body and your life, you do you as long as you leave the kids out of it, don't jam it down throats, and ask (not demand) if I'm willing to even acknowledge you in that way." If you have a legit issue (as noted above), no, it's not fair to expect to have to explain it to everyone because you've already wrestled with a legit brain problem all those years (and I feel sorry for you, really) but you know what? Blame that shit on everyone who tried to force it on our kids and lied to everyone and spread hate and toxic bullshit." I mean, fucking hell, if you wanna do that, grow the tits, dress up, get your dick chopped off, whatever, and are honest about ("I'm still a dude, I just did these XYZ things"), I'll have real respect for you because you're not lying - you just did things to yourself. Whatever, I don't care, just don't do the things I just said not to and we're mostly okay.

Who the fuck was it... that youtube or twitch streamer or whatever who presents in appearance as a woman/girl but has this goofy-ass male voice and has a sense of humor about it? I don't know who the fuck they are but I've seen a couple of their videos and that shit breaks my brain because they do a damn good job presenting but then this dude's goofy voice comes out and ... "what. the. fuck?" Like, holy shit, he really does look female but he's not lying about it. Damn, I just saw a video about it this morning... some doctor dude dropped something like a total of half a million dollars in donations over this guy's streaming "career" who was basically making fun of these girls who stream for attention. Aside from the weirdness, the point here is that they do not lie about who or what they are. I can respect that. Well that and he's basically made over $500,000 doing this and having a fucking blast with the humor behind it. I think he even went on like hormones or got surgery or whatever to have titties (either that or he's really fucking good with tape on his chest). Whatever... he's not lying about it.

The problem is, like you said, all these sick motherfuckers that try to push it on kids, normalize it, teach people that it's okay to hate themselves, to pretend that "it's a matter of choice that's not a choice because there's no right answer or way" and what the fuck ever. Those people need be fucking hunted down and burned alive like the books in Berlin.

So many murder/suicides which the commies will blame on families and use it to further erode the family unit.
