...just as a point of interest I get all my celebrity news and updates from Afghanistan's #1 information site the "Taliban Today"...apparently just yesterday Sean Penn promised to air-drop a few dozen of his Oscars as a moral booster, he claims it worked well with Zelenski, Robert Mugabe and Hugo Chavez...Penn also promised future Oscars along with several "certificates of completion" from a dozen different drug and alcohol treatment centers.
Certificates of completion for programs against casual drug usage are unlikely to be popular among Ukraines militants. I literally took a Acetaminophen tablet the other day for pain. Seems unlikely that people suffering from physical wounds would be against pain relief.
