Sounds like a good precedent setting case for suing the doctor who gave the A-ok for the kid to do sports.
All schools require a physical before sports, right? and the doctor signed off on it, saying there were no underlying conditions.
Sue the doctor (who most likely also pushed the jab on school kids) for not catching the clot shot side effects - that should be getting careful screening now that so many side effects have been reported.
Won't bring the kid back, but could be the start of destroying the pharma-med collusion.
