Apparently Australians are heavily into the globalist communist cult on a personal level, like Scientologists. Are they getting any information or freak outs about dying from the vax, or or do they willingly follow censorship by only hitting on communist establishment sites? Would they notice or care if their ISPs blocked all unauthorized sites?

Most people didn't, but I did.
I was on the phone to my ISP for over an hour when they blocked voat.co. They were fumbling around trying to not say the government made them do it, while insinuating that the government did and I said 'well if the government didn't make you do it, you owe me a refund, because 95% of my internet use is voat' there was a lot of bullshit inbetween but in the end they gave me a partial refund and I got voat back in a few days.
There was a lot of "they hosted a terrorist video" from there end and me saying "Prove it. Voat literally can't host pictures or videos! Do you what site isn't blocked? Facebook, where the video in question was literally hosted/livestreamed."
I only lost access for like an hour while I figured put how to get around the block, but fuck them anyhow for the inconvenience.
The conspiracy of that is really frightening. The cowardly traitor who is the ISP board of directors do not belong in anything but a country like North Korea.

My VPN auto-connects to random places semi-near me. Some areas have it blocked and there's not much I can do but switch to a different out.
