Good thanks. We got some nice days in at the beach before the weather turned. Yeah I'd say the new year (all 4 days of it) have been fine. Currently in Australia's capital listening to an almighty thunderstorm and reading Foo and Trumpman1488. Trite to say but Mother Nature is awesome.

I have communicated to one of the most experienced trainers in the world and we agree that it was a cardiac arrest in the setting of a big surge of adrenalin.

Ok, yeah he did have a heart attack. But it was because of.... adrenaline, caused by him.... ummm.... playing sports.
So if you see an athlete die from a heart attack it's because they got too excited playing sports.
