Neutrinos are the smallest bits of matter that exist and they form in two types...a black fixed part and energetic white part seen as Gluons also called Dirac Neutrinos. We used pulsed laser to force the white bits into conduction but a German co is using Graphene sheets to push neutrinos. However and whoever creates free energy is not the issue it is creating something for the masses that is affordable.
