You know those parades where the floats are all made out of Christmas lights? Big dinosaurs and firetrucks etc? The little vehicles that the lights and structure mount to looks like this thing. When the float is on at night, you don't see an ugly golf cart inside the light display.

This nigger probably just robbed the festival of lights parade and sold the lights.
