We have over 2 decades of research with mRNA vaccines for corona viruses. In the trials, many animals died within 2 years of being injected. Those who claim to rule the world are depopulating us and it is constant. 2020, 2025, 2030, it is a constant. Be ever vigilant and know you don't stand alone.
Not our prerogative. He's a doctor who took his position willingly. That comes with all sorts of responsibilities including those which aren't laid out for him, but which he should know. That being, that if the government or megacorporations want you to shill against a drug that saves lives, some poor fate like the death of you or/and those you love may await you, but you still have a choice of what to do, and a duty to your patients, which here is the general population, to push that drug through regardless of the personal consequences.
This is the problem with putting so much faith in the scientific institutions and their representatives, because scientists are people too, and people can be made to violate the principles of their profession very easily, especially if you are someone with the power to threaten them with a fate that is varying levels of "bad" for not going along with their orders.
A police officer knows when he signs up that he will be the first front line defending the state's authority should a civil war break out, they accept that dying while fighting as an enforcer of state power against anti-government rebellion is part of his duties, even if it wasn't explicitly told to him. He is "the enemy soldier", under such circumstances, someone who you have no reason to kill except that he's on the enemy side wearing the enemy uniform, you most likely know little else about him. The philosophic debate on the problem of "the enemy soldier" has been going since the time of Ancient Greeks, since whenever it was that strangers must slay one another in great numbers on battlefields, simply for the uniforms they wear.
