The unites states was established most by American colonists themselves, and any foreign assistance they received came from countries whose populations generally gave their support to the establishment of the fledgling country.

Isreal was established mostly on the backs of the armies of foreign countries, and those countries populations did not support the wars they were made to fight or pay for by their rulers in the name of establishing the isreali state.

Another important difference is that the early united states rewarded those who would fight for them with the opportunity for citizenship, while those who who fought for Isreal would be denied citizenship for being gentiles.

The American people pay for everything.
