This all started with the BLM, biggest garbage lie ever told, lunacy. Many of these businesses got woke and have allowed thugs to take whatever they wanted without consequence. Now they want to pass the cost onto their paying customers rather than do anything to stop it. Just look up Ulta Thefts. They refuse to even lock up their expensive perfumes.

You're going to see that their "solution" is to close brick and morter stores that sell products under $1000 and leave retail for those products to Amazon and other tech distribution hubs.
