Update after eating: Recipie is 10/10, highly recommended. Execution 8/10, I did whip the cream a little too long but it wasn't a deal breaker.

It's Swiss (so delic'!), we say "Tob-ler-own" here but that's probably wrong. You push two peaks together to break it off, eat from the peak to the base then eat the base then flip it to eat the base... or melt it and mix with milk, vanilla essence and whipped cream to make mousse and put some shavings on top to serve.

It's owned by the American corperation (((Mondelez International))) so I'm surprised it's not everywhere. It's quite popular here on Fathers Day and Christmas but it's a bit pricey so not a regular buy in the big pack I posted but sometimes when the little 50g versions go on special I'll buy it.

Husband would always get mad that I bought " that Muslim shit" chobani yogurt.
