Yeah. We have an old, cantankerous, karen that lives around here like that. She drives around all day just looking for outside dogs that are, well, outside. When she finds one she Takes It! She has been catching them and hauling them to the pound! People are having to go to the pound and Pay to get their Dog Back!
She was finally told that she could be charged if she was caught taking people's dogs. Now she calls animal control and reports people for animal cruelty!
Old bitch is going to end up shot if she messes with the wrong redneck.

Now that she saved the dog she will bitch till you get your son castrated.
