NAC is something I'd never heard of until it was suggested it would help keep the covid away. When the FDA was considering banning it and Amazon stopped selling it, I stocked up.

Met a guy the other day I'd gone to college with who was 4 vax (double vaxxed and 2 boosters afterwards) in and just had a heinous case of the covid that took him down. As he owns a business that enforced vax mandates (ie, you had to show your vaccine card or you could not go in) I didn't offer him any advice. Fuck him, he's a good dude, but brainwashed. He can figure it out on his own at this point.

quick question for those in the know. Are these people stuck getting clots terminally, or can they fix it. Sounds like these people are fucked for life.
For large scale clots - the spikes are amyloidogenic; there is probably a decreasing amount of spikes in a person. Spikes destroy cells and form those clots.
For Pfizer it probably enters at least liver DNA, it's not clear if that makes new spikes or just hepatitis.
For endothelial cells with spikes, those are probably a source of organ damage in small blood vessels - brain damage etc.
Of course shots varied, some Vax wasn't kept cold, etc.
