All of these expensive watches are going on firesale because people are desperate for cash and are selling them cheap.

Rolex had to stop production just a few weeks ago because a used Rolex is super cheap now.

All of these expensive luxuries will be cheap as hell soon.

I’m sorry that the truth did not match your narrative, but it is true. A brand new steel Rolex Submariner retails for $9100 at an authorized dealer. Please go on Chrono24 and see how much they are asking for used ones that aren’t old and beat up. Look at the asking prices for the models of the last 5 years. You’ll see they are getting $12K-$18K still.

Well said. Too much chonk makes it look chonky, and fiddling with materials might help.

My collection is nowhere near as faggishly "awesome" as OP's, but I like functionality. I feel like I can wear my watches with less worry of getting attacked by feral niggers, but then that is partly due to where I live... and never wearing the Rolex. Because it doesn't work anyway. But I still have it, because it IS a Rolex! lel.

All of my Rolex watches were either bought in the 90's, or I'm restoring them.

I love the vintage movements. Especially having some OP's from the 50's to the 90's. You can see the progression of the movement over time.

I have also have a couple OP's that are using Zenith movements.
