but yeah your issue was an hormonal thing and am glad for you that you didnt dwell on it. you had a healthy response to an unhealthy issue at the time.
i have OCD but i dont do things over and over i do have racing thoughts though . the only thing that i do over is when i shower and i clean my armpits like 2-3 times. i just detest any foul odor coming from it with a passion . i think its a habit since i was a teen. yes i use deodorant lolol
