It is all based on what people will pay for it. If everyone decides it has value and is willing to trade for it, then it has value. The positive of bitcoin is that it isn't controlled by anyone and is finite due to the algorithm (which causes it to be deflationary in nature).

The problem is all of the other cryptos coming along trying to be the next bitcoin or the exchanges run by kikes and chinks scamming people with their shitcoins.

Fiat is no different than bitcoin these days. There is <10% of actual printed money than the amount of "money" in circulation in the US. USD requires you to spend it ASAP or invest in Ponzi schemes to keep the value. Bitcoin will trend up over time while USD trends down.

Bitcoin also allows you to avoid the IRS. Huge win imo. Less money going to globohomo agenda. My opinion is skewed however since I got on the bitcoin train in 2012.
