You ever built a 351 Windsor? 500lb/ft of torque on pump gas with 12:1 CR a moderate cam, and some cylinder head porting, and .660" lift cam. That's on a 2 valve head.

You can get a stockish crate engine for ~$3,000 you're already at 300 lb/ft, throw in another $2-3k in mods and cylinder head porting and you're doing easy close to 500 lb/ft all motor. Considering a crate Honda K20C1 is ~$9,000 and only makes 300 lb/ft, with a turbo and both engines will last ~120k miles beating on it every day, which would you rather have?

If you drop $7k in the windsor engine for a 407 stroker you'll be doing ~850 hp all motor @ 8,500rpm.

2 stroke bikes are either scooters, dirt bikes, or they're old as shit. Harley made 2 stroke bikes back in the 60s and early 70s.
