Thanks for doing the work that the faggot vote-farming OP should've done of linking the article.

I thought this was a satire website because the article reads like a parody, but the rest of the website seems like it's not. And then there's this gem in their about section:

It's a vector of attack that will, of course, have gov mandated back-doors that any decent hacker could, and should use to fuck with people. Not to mention just how fucked it would get when the gov can control what you see, how you move, or even the brain chemistry when you think certain thoughts.
