Chicken can be delicious. But there's a bizarre cult around "chicken wings" in what appears to be the bottom 20% of humanity. "Drunken sports fanatic" appears to characterize the typical eater of "chicken wings".

It was as crispy as I could manage when this was shot and wish I had served them when they were just finished.

They proceeded to set in that box for another 90 min. Against my wishes but that's Asia for you man.

They were really good actually I guess a quick video doesn't do the food justice. I've never been a food photography person.
