I'm going to make an argument here that is more correct than people are going to be comfortable with.

In civil law, such as there being a lawsuit, suites do not prevent each other from taking place. We saw this in the Depp hearings. Both of them ended up owing money to each other.

Just because what he did was wrong does not absolve the police force from responsibility for their mistakes. If it is a mistake to blindly fire in a residential neighborhood in the dark with very little assessment of the situation then the police force does in fact owe a settlement to someone. To the extent firing back can be defensive, if taking cover would be equally effective as an immediate defense (in this case it would be because shooting blindly in the dark is pretty ineffective as a defense as well), then that removes firing into the dark as a justified defensive action.

Here's a lesson that I have trouble understanding its difficulty in being absorbed. Cops and niggers can both be wrong. They usually are. The decent people in this country are the white civilian freedom prioritizing people of this country. There are no other decent people in this county. When our country is over 50% pieces of shit it doesn't surprise me that a piece of shit was able to cite real damages in a law suit against one of the other groups of pieces of shit.
