Dunno what you mean. Rosenberg was a Baltic German born in Estonia. His anti-Catholicism can be ascribed in part to his Lutheran background. But it was much more developed and innovative than mere Protestantism, even if he had a certain respect for Luther.

His wiki says his father was a “wealthy merchant” and he was accused by sone jew of being Jewish. But apparently no evidence has been found.

Iirc it has also been claimed he was part Estonian or had no actual German blood. Unconfirmed too as far as I know
