This. That's a complaint with the company that sold it to you or the delivery company. It dilutes reviews and makes them artificially worse than what they should be if you're only considering REAL reviews.

Most Chinese "products" are really just clever ways for them to sell us their e-waste. For example, a "sports camera" in a knockoff GoPro body, but the guts of it are really just an old webcam. It passes muster with customs as being a legit product, but anyone who actually uses one will see the thing is crap right away. This is why their stuff still gets produced with micro USB charging ports. They must have mountains upon mountains of those things left over. Warehouses filled to the ceiling with those obsolete parts. So the rest of the world can say USB-C is the new standard, but the cheap China stuff will still have micro for a few more decades.

It's actually kind of fascinating for me to view tear-downs of these products. You see the absolute bare minimum in QA standards. Mismatched capacitors and PCBs held in by hot glue. Ugly-ass booger welds on every metal piece.
