The bouquet could have come from a deranged stalker or obsessed ex, there's no indication he was having an affair yet the wife is so insecure about herself and her man that she immediately goes off on him for it.
A good wife would talk to him about it, if he says "who's Laura?" That could indicate that the bouquet came from some mentally unwell chick who he had a passing interaction with that developed an obsession with him (assuming their relationship to be more than it was, and mistaking friendliness for affection).
No decent woman would immediately assume her hubby was cheating just from that.
He probably sent the automated message, or that one click message, or whatever that facebook tells you to, probably didn't even think about it.
Of course social media is run by jews, and they love it being so easy to destroy a family, but the real blame falls on the bitch who thinks wishing someone a happy birthday on social media means anything.

A woman where I worked received a bouquet of flowers from her husband for no particular reason and the other women formed a gaggle around her admiring them and telling her how sweet he was. I told them ,"He is feeling guilty about something" I could tell from her expression that I had injected an idea in her head.
