Seriously. There's a reason you take certain math classes before others. I had to have a talk with the head math dept guy when I wanted to take multiple concurrent math classes in the same semesters.
This is a cover story. They want to remove Algebra because it teaches logic. The reason you learn Algebra is that it helps you make decisions, discern information, find answers, etc. There is a long effort to disable the ability of people to think, and removing Algebra from the curriculum is part of that.
The fact that most people don't know why they learn math in the first place is more concerning. Your society is not collapsing because of "them," it's because of you not measuring up.
Are the professors shitty? I saw th first hand shittily teach people algebra then go on to botch the shit out of a trig class, then not even come close to landing a calculus class

Why should their graduation not be delayed if they can't pass algebra? Maybe it should just be sidelined altogether.
