Should women be cops? My guess is no. It's costing taxpayers a few hundred thousand here, a million there. Most cops are below average IQ and do dumb shit, like fuck each other, ignoring the rule never get your pussy and paycheck at the same place.
They intentionally hire lower-IQ candidates. The excuse is that it costs departments too much to train someone just for them to take that and transfer someplace else, but that doesn't make any damned sense if all departments across the country are doing that. The truth is probably closer to them not wanting someone smart enough to question orders.
