It has nothing to do with free speech. It's about Epic Games wanting to sell games from their own app store without Apple and Google taking a cut.

Not only does the article say nothing about free speech, it also says the bill is sponsored by Sen. Blumenthal (D). That crypt keeper Nosferatu is an enemy of free speech, and wants tech companies to censor MORE.
