Canada needs a 25th amendment for the whole government.

Mandatory brain scans for all positions of power every four years would eliminate all the psychopaths and prevent them from ever infiltrating the government again.

Having the same policy for the judicial system would also eliminate all the masons from being judges, prosecutors, Lawyer's and cops.

Then the pedos would be hunted down rather than protected at all costs.
