She apparently died fairly quickly after realizing she had a cancer that had not been detected before.
This for me is another one of those cases of seeing someone that's pretty close to your generational age group passing away from what is generally old age rather than some self-inflicted drug addiction or stupid accident.
And when you start seeing more and more of those happen it's just a reminder to you not to spend your whole damn life debating stuff and everything else because right about the time you think you've got it all figured out your life is going to be over so you better be having some f****** fun along the way.
And that's some advice I would give to everybody here who probably spends too much time here.
A lot of what it said here is very important but be damned sure you don't waste your whole life debating it. You better get outside and do some fun stuff too.
Having any notice or interest in an old actor's death is you being manipulated by the media.
IN 2015 before the death game started, 2,712,630 people died in the US. That's a normal count.
The media can take ten, a hundred or a thousand of them and cause your head to see the world very differently than what it is.
If ten thousand people died that like to wear red Tshirts, you've got hysteria over red T Shirts.
Actors don't deserve higher listings in the credits than the guy running the lights. The reason they do is because Edward Bernays, the nephew of sigmund freud knew he could use them to get you to go to war, suffer hardships and do a hell of a lot more terrible things than buy wat they told you to buy,
Brnays called his jewish network "the invisible government".
There are only two types of celebrities I will ever care about, those that would show up at my funeral if I died and those who sacrifice everything to publicly name the jew. The entirety of the rest could all be thrown into a pit and I would lose zero sleep that night.
Obviously they're getting better medical care, but they're also getting the best food and the easiest lifestyle. You don't see politicians driving their own cars. Celebrities snort cocaine and drive their cards into walls and people. ust because they retire does't mean they're done either. They keep propping them up in front of a reporter with a microphone so the jew CEOs who control Reuters news and Associated Press news can send it out to the retard machines we call reporters.
Obviously they're getting better medical care, but they're also getting the best food and the easiest lifestyle
And actors don't?
You don't see politicians driving their own cars. Celebrities snort cocaine and drive their cards into walls and people.
Politicians can drive and do drugs, actors can afford chauffer's and delivery your logic doesn't really apply.
ust because they retire does't mean they're done either. They keep propping them up in front of a reporter with a microphone so the jew CEOs who control Reuters news and Associated Press news can send it out to the retard machines we call reporters.
An occasional interview really takes that big of a toll on ones health? You realize politicians get interviewed as well.
I recently watched an interview with a 30-something multi millionaire about investing. He said "I invest half my earnings like I'm going to live 50 more years, and the other half like I'm only going to live 50 more days. You have to enjoy life, not see how many millions you can save in the bank before you die."

While asceticism is the misguided pursuit of conquering pain, undertaken out of fear. Both paths are folly. Above seems to be a great description of the middle way.
Not sure if you were implying that Spartans were ascetics and, if so, I assure you that they were not - at least not in the strict sense that one might ordinarily associate with asceticism presented as the opposite of hedonism e.g. total abstention from pleasure and/or self-infliction of pain (yes, I am aware of both trials and exhibitions, yet these were confined to ritual purpose, not a part of every day life) nor did they wholly abstain from worldly pleasures such as sex or imbibing alcohol.
That being said, while certainly far right of dead-center, they are also a good example of the middle path in that they neither avoided worldly pleasures, nor reveled in them.
Though they certainly did tend far more toward natural asceticism than many of their contemporaries, such as the Athenians (and, perhaps most notoriously hedonistic, the Corinthians), I consider such dedication to improvement and restraint from abusing the reward systems to be admirable behavior worthy of emulation and not folly in and of itself.
I'm aware of Spartan culture and their tendency toward natural asceticism. My aim was to draw a distinction between that and unnatural asceticism, such as laying on a bed of nails, etc.
Point being that hedonism and asceticism (again, in the unnatural sense) are obverse sides of the same coin. Both are folly.
Not trying to take anything away from the Spartans dude. They were bad ass.
Was never talking about them in the first place, which I tried to make clear over the last 2 responses.
I think we’re getting hung up on semantics. I was actually surprised that anyone would have presented their lifestyle as asceticism in the first place. More so that it would be commonly regarded as such. Not because of ignorance of their culture perhaps as much as recognizing that they had such an amazing quality of life.
Again, I am aware of the upbringing, trials and exhibitions and that objects and arts of finery were despised (along with other examples, such as printing ridiculously large and heavy iron coins to discourage the use of money within their polis). That didn’t meet the definition of asceticism (i.e. unnatural or religious asceticism) that I have offered as my intentional frame of reference. That shouldn’t be too much of a stretch for you to understand.
Their creative energy was wisely directed toward refining and furthering their culture and making better citizens.
If you’re interested in discussing what I meant and have tried to clarify so far, that’s cool and, if we are to continue discussion, we may as well be talking about the same thing.
If it’s more important for you to win an internet argument because I wasn’t aware that the Spartan lifestyle of spurning luxury and art was considered ascetic, or that there was an entirely separate definition of natural asceticism that they exemplified, that’s cool too.
Many ancient traditions, perhaps most notably, Stoicism espouses many similar principles, such as despising luxury. That is equally good advice in this age as it was back then.
I would still maintain that they were not, by strict definition, ascetics in that they did not completely avoid the pleasures in life. That doesn’t take anything away from them, in my estimation at least. It only makes them stronger.
How so? What better to inspire their legendary dedication to training and bravery in battle than the love of family and polis? What could make a man more disciplined and courageous than that?
Here’s another example of non-avoidance of life’s pleasures in addition to the aforementioned sex and alcohol: Do you know what the Spartans (as a culture, not just the soldiers) were famous for beyond their prowess in battle?
Choral singing and group dancing in celebration of family, and polis. How is that ascetic?
This is what I mean by them being a good example of the middle path, between the extremes.
If you’re looking for someone to debate the merits of Spartan culture, I’m not your guy. I happen to have studied them a great deal and hold them in high regard as a potentially ideal society. In many ways, endeavor to live my life along similar principles (though certainly not as rigorously as they did).
Yeah at the beginning I noted the difference in the definitions between Spartan and aesthetic. They are not the same but closely related on some levels.
Yeah but somewhere between heedingism and staying in your apartment all day cuz you never want to spend a dime is a normal life. And you need to live a normal life and get out there and do some stuff.
Yeah but somewhere between heedingism and staying in your apartment all day cuz you never want to spend a dime is a normal life. And you need to live a normal life and get out there and do some stuff.
That middle ground is sitting at home drinking cheap rum, conversing online and pirating games, most people can't afford to do anything else regularly.
E: I have had older friends that say something like, "Open that wallet. Spend a little and enjoy life."
They're pieces of shit for wasting their money unless they have no kids, they should be using their remaining time and money to find ways to pass on their belongings to their children for less than the cost of inheritance taxes.
The best times in my life were when I could spend money to have fun, but still have money left to not fear the days when bills needed to be paid. I like that guy's attitude.
For an average man it's "I invest 90% of my earnings just to survive, 9% for when things go wrong even though I'll never save enough to deal with most problems that might come up and 1% into trying to find ways to get my mind off of my life".
So does everyone just give up the fight and continue on every day like nothing's wrong?...even a dying animal has the urge to fight on until the last breath...if striving to revive all that's been oppressed and repressed is futile and worthless then what good is this site?
Ever since the first time I started seeing your posts I thought you wanted to steer people away from this site. Now you're going for broke.
Pretending that we don't go outside or have lives outside of voat... I bet we all live in our moms basements too huh? Fuck you nigger faggot commie faggot.
Going outside is a demoralizing experience. Why would I want to be surrounded by people I have nothing in common with, spend $10 on gas, and then another $20 for whatever it is I decide to do.
A lot of what it said here is very important but be damned sure you don't waste your whole life debating it. You better get outside and do some fun stuff too.
There isn't much to do, a lot of it is just dependent on the opportunities you're given, for most people we will have nothing except work and a "hobby" we desperately try to use to keep us awake and to get our minds off the next day of working.
so you better be having some f** fun along the way. And that's some advice I would give to everybody here who probably spends too much time here.
I have fun spending "too much time" here.

Debating is nothing more than philosophy. I like philosophy.
From wikipedia (leftist communist infiltrated shit source but this is still mostly correct):
Philosophy is the systematized study of general and fundamental questions, such as those about existence, reason, knowledge, values, mind, and language. Philosophical methods include questioning, critical discussion, rational argument, and systematic presentation.
