How much milk do you drink?

I usually do a quart for breakfast and a quart for lunch. That's a half gallon by noon and usually more later in the day.

Id drink raw but the closest raw milk distributor is an hour and a half away so its not viable for the amount i consume. I grew up drinking skim milk but switched to whole years ago. I do it mostly to flex on lactose intolerant niggers. Should I be worried about kidney stones?

Lactose isn't even good for you. So if you're going to hurt yourself by drinking so much h milk, might as well get all that healthy shit in raw milk.

Why would you be worried about kidney stones? Vitamin d without k2 plays a big role in kidney stones. I did some research once and found the highest prevalence of kidney stones is in the hot third world countries at or close to the equator. They get a lot of sun. Even though the sun is good for you, you gotta balance your d with your k2.

I drink a couple small glasses of buttermilk a week for good gut health. I put black pepper in it.

I used to drink that much or more. I stopped and my health went to shit.

Milk is for calves. I'll put half and half in my coffee at times. That's it. Stopped eating processed cereal a while back and don't miss that either.

Direct answer to your question, OP. I rarely drink any and I buy raw milk for the kids because it's good for them.

As a growing lad, I'd drink about a gallon per day.

I've had a bad day with Presta valves - namely trying to get the valve core out with the little tool everyone uses. I think I have a dud tool. I managed in the end but it took the better part of hour. Damn thing was a bit too small to attach to the core.
