Processed sugar and diabetes.

submitted by usedoilanalysis to conspiracy 1.4 yearsDec 5, 2022 10:53:20 ago (+30/-0)     (conspiracy)

Overconsumption of alcohol and processed sugar causes insulin resistance, which leads to diabetes type 2. Every article and paper you read will tell you that sugar, and alcohol doesn't cause diabetes, yet these same articles go on to say that sugar and alcohol are the biggest risk factors for insulin resistance, which is basically diabetes. I guess they can't say that the sugar you are consuming is leading you to diabetes, because then nabisco and cokecain cola's profits would decrease. Doctors won't tell you that processed sugar will cause diabetes because they have a financial incentive to you having diabetes. They then get to sell you petrochemical drugs to manage your condition.

The fact of the matter is high blood sugar means you are diabetic. High consumption of sugar is like any other drug, you need to take more and more to get the same effect, this conditions your body to become insulin resistant. If you constantly consume sugar, your body has to pump out insulin to keep the sugar in check. Eventually your body becomes used to your new insulin baseline, and your cells need even more for it to function normally.

Cutting nearly all processed sugar from my diet was the best thing I ever did for my health. There is no way in hell that sugar doesn't cause diabetes, if diabetes is a disease of insulin resistance, and over-eating sugar causes insulin resistance, then sugar is the cause for diabetes. It is not the direct cause, but it is the underlying and primary reason for it developing in one's body.

Denying the role sugar plays in diabetes and insulin resistance is an insult to anyone's intelligence. The sugar you consume raises your blood sugar, more consumed sugar, higher blood sugar, higher blood sugar means more insulin. More insulin means your body is less sensitive to it, less insulin sensitivity = diabetes.

Why does every article you can read, try to sell you on the fact that sugar does not cause diabetes, then saying avoiding processed sugar is the best way to lower your risk of diabetes?

Maybe it's the people writing the articles, maybe if you look at the last names of the people writing these articles you'd notice a coincidence.

Sure alcohol and sugar play their part, however there is another food that starts the diabetes symptoms of odiferous sliminess in the crease of yr groin both sides and swollen feet appearing .. thus the feet swell up which constricts the blood flow to the extremities, which causes gangreen in yr toes resulting in amputation. Salmon was touted as a wonder food that it was full of Omega 3 oils that prevent heart disease.

Type 2 Diabetes in the Mohawk Nation.
Salmon Contributes to Type 2 Diabetes & Obesity.
Farmed Salmon, a Toxic Junk Food Linked to Diabetes.

So ppl all over increased their intake of salmon then they started coming down with diabetes, the Mohawk Indians in Canada consume a lot of salmon they have a serious diabetes problem .. so both symptoms of swollen feet and groin slime would appear only after I consumed salmon, I became suspicious and checked on the i'net the salmon was causing it alright .. rock on.

Salmon and cold water fish, have oils that become rancid at room temperature, salmon has oil that is liquid at low temperatures, but doesn't work well in warmer temperatures. It oxidizes rapidly like most vegetable oils. Us mammals work better with oils that are stable at or near our body temperature. Coconut oil, mammal meat, tropical fish meat, tropical latitude oils like palm, sesame seed, butter, ghee, lard, bacon grease, hemp seed, avocado, etc. Olive oil is fine but storage is a big problem, light and temperature can make it rancid, then it's not healthy for you. Saturated, and mono-unsaturated fats are healthy oils, poly unsaturated fats are prone to oxidation and release free-radicals in your body when oxidized.

Most people get insulin resistant due to being fat lazy fucks. Sure carbs are worse when you're there, but so many diets have helped with diabetes, including heavy carb ones, purely due to losing weight.

Nothing helps you get fat like empty sugar based calories. It's easier to overeat cookies than sticks of butter.

You don't get.

Sugar comes from photosynthesis.

Plants.

All plant matter is sugar. Roots. Fruits. Bark. Leaves.

Sugar and plants are synonymous.

We were poisoned as a species by switching us to plant based diets.

Literally the biggest homicide in history.
Death statistics.
Heart disease #1. That's from eating a plant based diet.

Diabetes. Same.

Mental health issues. Plants.

Lack of sleep.

Swelling.

Its fucking poison to us.

Eat meat supplemented by small amounts of indigestible plant known as Fibre. Nuts. Avocado. And a few limited others.

Plants have all 3 macros, fat, carbs, and protein. That said, meat has all that too, and in much more ideal ratios.

Legumes have protein, seeds have oils, fruits have carbs.

Nutrients in meat is not only found in far greater amounts than in plants.
But it is also far more available to digest.
Most plant nutrients gets shat out unconsumed.

Animals purify our food

Indeed. I rather eat a 250g steak than 300g of lentils or 250g of kidney beans, or 450g of chickpeas, or 380g of hemp seed. Eggs may not have as much vitamin D as vitamin supplements, but the body absorbs the vitamin D in eggs perfectly, and won't leave your body as expensive piss the vitamin supplements will.

Its not only sugar though its all carbohydrates/starches in general that get converted into sugar when eaten

The process is slower and more controlled when you're eating actual food.

[ - ] PotatoWhisperer 2 points 1.4 yearsDec 5, 2022 13:06:55 ago (+2/-0)

True, though this is the internet and we have to catastrophise to the point that you should be eating no less than 40 potatoes worth of french fries a day.

The difference between simple and complex carbohydrates is how acute the blood glucose response is. Foods with more fiber lessen the glucose response. Fat in the meal lessens the glucose response (although, eating a high-fat and high-sugar meal is particularly bad, especially if the fats are PUFA - think: McDonalds Big Mac meal with a soda).

Starches are a different issue. Some people react very poorly to starches, while others don't. If you're having problems with body fat, it is best to eliminate them until you get your situation managed.

On the whole, eating the majority of your carbohydrates within a 2-3 hr window after exercise is the way to go.

If you have a substantial amount of weight to take off, say, 30 lbs. or more, then start fasting. Do every-other-day eating.

I pretty much followed what you wrote when I lost 50 lbs. Long walks are excellent for burning fat, when I say long walks I mean 5 miles or more.

Treat sugar like poison, realize even your can of beef stew has sugar in it.

YOU PUT PEEPEE IN MY COKE!!!

[ - ] Belfuro 2 points 1.4 yearsDec 5, 2022 15:26:28 ago (+2/-0)

We add it to stock. We add plants.
We add flour to thicken.

Worcester sauce.

Avoiding sugar is damned hard. Our society is contaminated with the stuff.

I'd say 90% of all supermarket food is unfit for human consumption

Go carnivore, man it makes grocery shopping easy.

I recently realized howuch sugar is in milk. Sure, it isn't refined sugar but at 12g of sugar a serving, I'm consuming over 120g of sugar a day.

[ - ] kammmmak 0 points 1.4 yearsDec 6, 2022 10:39:09 ago (+0/-0)

I thought it is an index for caloric fat but actual added sugar you say?

[ - ] AmalekTheZOG 0 points 1.4 yearsDec 6, 2022 10:44:28 ago (+0/-0)

They also sneak sugar into products without mentioning it.

I find it highly amusing people still believe in their food labels when the entire structure behind them is *jewish*.

[ - ] Breeder 0 points 1.4 yearsDec 6, 2022 20:19:26 ago (+0/-0)

Label says it doesn't have added sugar. I always assumed it was just natural sugar from the mom but who knows.

[ - ] AmalekTheZOG 0 points 1.4 yearsDec 6, 2022 10:42:14 ago (+0/-0)

You can combat milks sugar by eating a grass fed ribeye with each half gallon serving of whole organic milk. The fat slows down the sugar a bit.

And you get farmer fuel.
