Nature has a great way of keeping women capable of bearing many children; each pregnancy comes with a massive stem cell release and a whole lot of neurochemicals that keep her happy and grounded. I think the lack of these things is one of many reasons that liberal women hit the wall so hard.

I attended a nutrition conference Healthy Baby track. I spoke to the VP at the time of the Weston A. Price Foundation. The VP I talked to said a 42-year-old woman who ate right would be in better shape in pregnancy than a 21-year-old who didn't.

That’s absolutely wishful thinking and blatant lying.
Dr. Price’s work was great to lay a healthy foundation especially for good bones and teeth. Weston A Price foundation is, self admittedly, only loosely based on the good doctor’s work. They do a lot of good work but some of their claims are really reaching. Retarded claims like fermented cod liver oil is a panacea, or a 42 year old with the “right” diet will have a better pregnancy than a 21 year old. This is wishful thinking and a lie you tell old women to calm their titties and sell them some rotten liver oil.

Now, I’m not saying a 42 year old can never have a good pregnancy and a 21 year old can never have a bad one. But those are anomalies and should not be taken as a rule. Biological factors exist and ageing is real, one cannot wish it away. The inconvenient fact is that with age the quality of eggs decline, as does a woman’s body, no matter how “right” she eats.
And what is the right diet anyway? It is indeed contextual. Some claim keto is the right diet and even tell you success stories of getting pregnant on it. But neither Dr. Price himself, nor his namesake organisation would agree with keto being ideal. The point is nature has rules and women have limited time to reproduce HEALTHILY and should start a family in their early twenties instead of chasing fake careers and waiting till 42.

The fermented cod liver oil changed my life by curing me, even after I stopped taking it, of emotional spikes. After 24 hours I could feel them trying to take off but being unable to. After 2 days they were gone. That said, neither I nor the Vice President I talked to recommend the fermented cod liver oil anymore. It used to be better. I take Rosita cod liver oil now when I take it.

The reason the older woman can have a healthier pregnancy than a younger woman is simple. If she does the preconception diet she won't be suffering from nutritional deficiencies. Her child will not need glasses or braces, and a daughter will have a correctly formed pelvis, avoiding the need for a c-section when she is a mother due to a misshapen or too-small pelvic opening. The child will be calm and pleasant and sleep well.

Some university vegan's child will not be healthy. Have you ever seen pictures of a group of babies born to a young liberal cohort who were in the same birthing class? They are not alert, hearty, skin glowing babies.

I feel it's a combination of a few factors; mainly less toxins in food, water and the environment but also I have a theory [haven't found any non-anectodal evidence to back it up] that the earlier a woman starts having kids the later she can have continue having kids. I suspect it might be be especially when they have lots of kids they are saving eggs while pregnant and also the body is practised. I've seen quite a few women who had their first baby before 25, had at least 3 and then a surprise (always perfectly healthy) baby in their 40s or just keep having babies every 2-4 years until well into their 40s.

The key phrase I want to higlight there is "live births". Younger women are more likely to abort if told they are going to have a downie baby because they know they have more time to try again vs an older woman who doesn't care because this may be her only shot at pregnancy.

I know personally of two women unde 35 who were told they were having a Down Syndrome baby only to birth a perfectly healthy baby, so I would say in utero diagnosis followed by abortion without checking for it would be a terrible method, so fair enough on using live birth stats even though they have flaws.
I have heard of a lot more false positive diagnosis through media (including more advanced follow up tests after ultrasound) but (while I'm sure it happens) no cases of false negatives.

I noticed when searching everyone was using '1 in X odds' rather than percentages, even when I specifically searched for that using multiple search terms.

Correct me if my math is wrong (I'm horrible at it!) but don't those odds - 1 in 1667 at 21 years old vs 1 in 18 at 47 years old - equal 0.06% for a 21 year old and 5.2632% for a 46 year old? I won't deny that's a large increase but 5% isn't exactly a 'very large chance'.

I have also read online of women told they were having a baby with birth defects only to have healthy babies. Considering the actions of many doctors during Covid, I would not be surprised if they were the kind of doctors that lied.

Have you had any babies yet? Any abortions or miscarriages? Have you a husband?

Keep the hope. There are a lot of natural things you can do to improve fertility. Maintain a healthy weight (not over or under). Eat and drink clean, organic when you can. Take vitamins (I love My Kind Organics prenatals, it has natural folate & the 3 a day one is best for maximum absorbtion).
Make sure you are tracking your cycle and taking ample opportunity of the few important days a month. Put a pillow under your bum during the act, keep it there after and bring you knees to your chest for a time after. If you can't orgasam with him make sure you do so as soon as you finish the deed.

It's not easy to get pregnant late but it can be done.

If it all fails remember aunties are very important, blood related or not.
