Looks like the armpits of a hippie chick I used to “date” on occasion, when I was on the skids, before I was imprisoned and institutionalized for offending the pseudo-liberal fascist elite.

Yet, she was fashionably trimmed and preened below the navel.

Probably CIA or Mossad or USMI. Very timely, yet vanished without a trace willy nilly. Or some sort of witch.

I’d call this fungus Phycomyces Christinesarmpiticus.

Christine was probably a pseudonym.

Lost her number, long ago.

Memories can be beautiful and yet what’s too painful to remember we simply choose to forget.

(sigh)

Daddy long legs all clumped up together for warmth. If I'm right they are harmless and you can gently brush them away using gloves.

You trolling? I'm fairly certain you know damn well what this was you cheecky fucker

Found one of these in the forest of northern British Columbia when I was a teenager.
Blew my mind at the time, worked 14hrs/day in the woods for 7 years and never seen anything like it.
Was the size of a large grapefruit but wasn’t shaped like any kind of mushroom and was pretty hard when you poke it.

100% sure eating it brings you directly to space.

It does look like a fungus. Put on some leather gloves and scrape it off. I'd try to see how it burns, wether it flames up, crackles and smokes, or melts. If it crackles and smokes it has liquid in it, which means it's probably alive. If it just burns straight out it's something organic that is probably dead. If it melts it's probably not organic.

I've seen a lot of exotic fungi in my life (including one that bore a striking resemblance to a lasagna noodle) and this is a new one for me.

Sorry I didn't have an answer for you and thanks for the submission, OP!

The closest thing I've seen to that were big mating clusters of harvestmen under rotting logs, like big hair balls of legs. Those are arachnids, though. No idea what that crap is on that garage.

[ - ] ButtToucha9000 1 point 1.4 yearsDec 5, 2022 01:46:55 ago (+1/-0)

That is a slime mold. They are cool af. They fan move and are alive. I don't think they are harmful. Put one in a maze and feed it

[ - ] observation1 1 point 1.4 yearsDec 5, 2022 00:29:23 ago (+1/-0)

Probably related to the myxogastria stemonitis which eats mites, bugs, and other molds and funguses

They move/crawl about an inch per day.

If you want to make a youtube video, and speed up the film, it would make for a horror movie.

It doesn't hurt the wood, but it does multiply.

If you want to kill it, perhaps try wetting it so the spores don't get everywhere.

I wouldn't want to inhale it after it's been shook.

black mold

don't inhale the spores or "dust" it makes, it'll get you real sick
