Hello ppl .. there is a way to obtain the correct url off of an iPhone, tap where it says "Share" under the video panel and a window will open that has a place that says "Copy Link," give it a tweak and the correct url should be on your fingertip ..
Ok this is the url we have acquired using that method for the example above .. it looks ok and it opens at the right place, dunno how it got missed in the first place, and since I don't feel like penning a critique it will have to remain a mystery .. not Alzheimer's understand!
Thanks for the input, that link did not work of itself but it did open at a place where I was able to obtain a workable url .. this stuff has been going on forever, typically the help line will say go here and here and click the link, while the place they say to go to does not exist.

Past that garbage into the form..
Click decode
Then only copy the last part starting with "m.youtube[...]" sans the garbage after &. Works with whatever url you are trying to decode.
After a while you can just read it like tank
In this case you just want
m.youtube.com/watch?v=DjWWs81QAYY
