he's lying. we know for a fact that it was circulating in North America in 2019. The virus was engineered by Ralph Baric at UNC and smuggled through Canada to China, where it was spread during the World Military Games in an attempt to frame the ching-chongs. The Wuhan lab was run by Europeans.
Canada supplied the viral samples used, Ukraine was also involved in it as well.
This was an international effort to create a virus and release it on the world, not a lethal one, but one scary enough to convince people to take the vaccines, some of which WERE designed to be lethal.
