Coconut oil is supposed to be healthy, but it's cost preventative considering the amount you'll need. I don't remember how healthy peanut oil is (only that it's generally much healthier than say canola oil), but that one is much cheaper.

I'd use ghee. The natural fats are good for you (but not the donuts). I was partially kidding with my comment and making a joke about not wanting to associate myself with pedos now that donuts seem to be connected.

Ik, but I've been craving doughnuts for a while, but there's no good doughnuts where I live No stores in town sell krispy kreme even. They all sell their own gross bakery doughnuts and leave them out in a display case for the fruit flies to crawl all over. So I've been considering making my own, but I won't consume seed oils.
