I hear it all the time from people around me. Of course they don't want to work if they barely get anything out of it.
The reason previous generations had such a good work ethic is because work was actually rewarding. Back when the monetary system wasn't quite so terrible someone could make a decent living off of honest hard work.
Nowadays a great chunk of "jobs" are useless "administrative" positions that usually go to women and non-Whites as part of affirmative action (read: the anti-White agenda). This transformation of work is a multipronged attack on Western Civilization, and has been very successful:
1. General inefficiency as meritocracy is diminished.
2. Division and animosity between men and women as they now compete in the workplace.
3. Lower fertility rate as people don't have the time, resources, or desire to start families.
4. General demoralization of people, which itself leads to them being vulnerable to hedonism and harmful ideologies.
The elites break people down in any aspect that they can, to achieve a universal class of barely competent "workers" and consumers.
But its always a risky move. Millions of dissatisfied people is the perfect revolutionary climate.
