People have to remember that Hitler was elected. Why was he elected?. He was elected because his people were put into debt and he wanted to shed the debt for them. He created the greatest economy that was devoid of debt he got his whole country out of debt and everybody was prosperous and having great lives. Former Nazi leader Gregor Strasser a fellow Jew was among those murdered, a month later on August 2, 1934 Hindenburg died. With the agreement of the army leaders the office of President and Supreme Commander was merged with that of chancellor, and Hitler assumed the title of Führer und Reichskanzler.
