Suggestions for candles, lanters, and such

Not sure were to look and buy. Lantern, maybe light gas, and long lasting candles. I'm asking for places to buy LONG candles and gas lanterns. Prefer not amazon, but if the price can't be beat... you all know.

Do you have access to any of that leftover fat from Treblinka?

You can turn a can of Crisco into a candle. The dot over the i on the label is a flame. Push a wick into it, or a long skinny candle so just the wick shows.

Most super-markets carry what are called '7-Day candles'. I think you can find them in most Walmarts as well. Amazon if all else fails. https://www.amazon.com/Red-Unscented-Color-Candle-Glass/dp/B009MQT888

They really do burn for many days strait and are designed to be safe with no drips etc. I had some of these in college and they lasted for years and years. I bet if I went looking I still have them somewhere. The glass jar means you can put one just about anywhere.

Carbon felt makes a great wick that can be used to burn anything from cooking/camping fuels to vegetable oil. Good for lighting and heating in hard time situations
