This is a bit of a reach by TGP imo, he was running unopposed. A lot of people, when there is only 1 choice to pick, just pick that choice instead of writing in a random name. I don't know about AZ law, but some states invalidate your ballot if it is not completely filled out, so you can't just skip a couple.
That being said, AZ elections are crooked AF as are most, if not all states. However if a leftist sees a boomer posting this story on Fagbook they will come to the same conclusion (he was unopposed) and feel more justified in their belief that the right is spreading misinfo/disinfo. I think there are so many provable fraud oddities that it is not necessary to stretch like this.
